As we move further into the 21st century, it has become obvious that we are now a global society and must work together more closely with other countries and cultures. That being said, do you think that Americans are truly understanding of the needs and wants of other cultures? You can base your answer on what you experience at school, at work, or in any other aspect of life.

Welcome to the "official" blog of the fall term HOSP 4060 class. The purpose of the blog is to get you to begin thinking critically about the events around us and how strategic management can relate to them. Your participation is optional yet encouraged. Three well-written blog postings over the course of the term will substitute for the final individual paper. You can only post to the current blog for each week. Postings to previous weeks are not counted. Remember, what you post here could be shown to the class during our weekly discussions, therefore don't write anything you wouldn't want others to see.
